With over 12 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, Jeff brings deep expertise and compassionate care to every patient he serves. As a Certified Hand Therapist and licensed Occupational Therapist, he specializes in treating complex conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder—combining clinical precision with a personal touch.
Jeff founded Greenville Hand Therapy with a vision: to offer specialized care to the community he’s proud to call home.  Jeff is committed to helping patients regain function, confidence, and hope.
Outside the clinic, Jeff enjoys spending time with his two daughters, theology, exercise, sports, music, coffee and collaborating with his wife Carolyn—his partner in both life and practice.

Carolyn Thomason, OTR/L

Originally from Indiana, Carolyn has found her heart and home in Texas—and she’s proud to serve the Greenville community with the kind of care that reflects both Midwestern grit and Southern hospitality. Carolyn sustained a wrist injury during a soccer game in high school, underwent surgery and therapy, and then decided to pursue OT as a career. She met Jeff in college and persuaded him to switch his studies to OT.

As a licensed Occupational Therapist, she brings a calm, thoughtful presence to the clinic, helping patients regain independence and confidence through personalized, hands-on therapy. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel truly seen and heard.
Outside the clinic, Carolyn enjoys spending time with family by the pool or a bonfire, cooking, exercise, traveling, and reading.
